Costa Favolosa - day 8

Ed arrivò anche l'ora di andarsene. Dopo una ricca colazione non era rimasto altro da fare, dovevamo lasciare la nave. Vi assicuro che lì dentro è come vivere una vita parallela e quando arriva l'ora di andarsene è davvero triste! 

Così prendemmo le nostre valigie e scendemmo al porto di Civitavecchia dove abbiamo scattato qualche foto alla famosa statua gigante 'Bacio del Mare' dell'artista Stewart Johnson.

La statua è meravigliosa, 9 metri di altezza e ben 60 tonnellate di peso. Raffigura la storica foto di Alfred Eisenstaedt, quella del bacio appassionato di un marinaio e di una giovane infermiera, scattata il 14 agosto 1945 a Times Square e divenuta icona della fine della Seconda Guerra Mondiale nonché simbolo di pace e di speranza per il futuro.

After a delicious breakfast there was nothing left to do, we had to leave the ship. I assure you that on the ship is like living a parallel life and when it comes time to leave is really sad! 

So we took our bags and headed down to the port of Civitavecchia, where we took some photos of the famous statue 'Kiss of the Sea' by the artist Stewart Johnson. 

The statue is wonderful, 9 feet tall and over 60 tons of weight. Depicts the historic photo by Alfred Eisenstaedt, one of the passionate kiss of a sailor and a young nurse, taken on August 14, 1945 in Times Square and has become an icon of the end of World War II as well as a symbol of peace and hope for the future.

Costa Favolosa - day 7

E così arrivò anche l'ultima notte da trascorrere in nave. Purtroppo.

La giornata iniziò con una bella visita a Palermo, ovviamente accompagnata da una deliziosa granita alla mandorla! Dopodiché abbiamo trascorso tutto il tempo in piscina e la sera come al solito ci aspettava un bellissimo spettacolo a teatro.

Dopo cena siamo andate a bordo piscina dove avevano organizzato un mega summer party ed abbiamo ballato per ore!

And so came the last night to spend in the ship. Unfortunately. 

The day began with a nice visit to Palermo, wear I ate a delicious almond granita! After that, we spent all time in the pool and in the evening as usual we went at the theater. 

After dinner we went to the pool where they had organized an amazing summer party and we danced all nigh long!

Costa Favolosa - day 6

Relax, relax e ancora relax! Così inizia il sesto giorno a bordo di #CostaFavolosa !
Arrivati a La Valletta (Malta) siamo scesi dalla nave per visitare l'isola. Ne sono rimasta affascinata, piccola ma davvero deliziosa! Inoltre ci sono tantissimi negozi di brand londinesi come Dorothy Perkins, Oasis e  molti altri quindi lo shopping è più che ottimo!

Proseguiamo con la 'serata italiana', dress code: colori della bandiera italiana! Così io e Meli abbiamo cercato di mixare al meglio i capi che ci eravamo portate per stare in linea con l'allegra serata. Nel ristorante persino i camerieri si sono messi a  ballare con noi, è stata una serata divertentissima e molto coinvolgente!

Relax, relax and relax! So begins the sixth day aboard #CostaFavolosa ! 
Arrived to Valletta (Malta) we got off the ship to visit the island. I was fascinated, this island id small but really so cute! In addition, there are lots of london's brand stores such as Dorothy Perkins, Oasis and others so shopping is more than excellent! 

We continue with the 'Italian night', dress code: colors of the Italian flag! So I have tried to mix the best items that we had to be brought in line with the cheerful evening. Even the waiters in the restaurant were dancing with us, it was an amazing night!

Costa Favolosa - day 5

Buongiorno a tutti, siamo arrivati al 5 giorno a bordo della crociera dei sogni, giorno della tanto aspettata serata di gala.

Dopo una giornata trascorsa all'insegna del relax nelle jacuzzi siamo tornati tutti in cabina per prepararci alla gran sera.

Indossavo un abito lungo viola preso anni fa ma mai indossato perché non trovavo mai l'occasione per metterlo. Mia sorella Melissa ha invece optato per un elegante abito blu sopra le ginocchia abbinato a copri-spalle e scarpe decolletè beige.

Ovviamente prima della cena di gala siamo andate ad assistere allo spettacolo  teatro che stavolta proponeva acrobati pazzeschi e pattinatori sul ghiaccio.

Nel ristorante l'eleganza regnava sovrana ed ogni ospite veniva trattato come un re od una regina. 

Dopo cena ci siamo fatti scattare delle foto dai bravissimi fotografi dello staff.

Abbiamo poi ballato fino a notte fonda, solo quando hanno spento le luci ce ne siamo andati ahhahah!!

Hello everyone, tosay I talk about the 5 day aboard the cruise of dreams, day of the much-awaited gala. 

After a day relaxing in the jacuzzi we all returned to the cabin to prepare for the big night. 

I was wearing a long purple dress taken years ago but never worn because I never found the opportunity to wear it. My sister Melissa has instead opted for an elegant blue dress above the knee.

Obviously before the gala dinner we went to watch the show at the theater: amazing acrobats and ice skaters. 

In the restaurant the elegance reigned supreme and every guest feels like a king or a queen. 

Then we danced all night long!

Costa Favolosa - day 4

Il quarto giorno arrivammo a Palma de Mallorca, purtroppo il tempo non era dei migliori e non siamo andati a visitare le spiagge, ci siamo soffermati solo al centro storico della città ed a fare shopping in diversi negozietti ;P.
La sera come al solito ci aspettava l'appuntamento a teatro e dopo la cena sono corsa a letto, stanca morta e con giramenti di testa a causa del mare mosso :(.



On the fourth day we arrived to Palma de Mallorca, unfortunately the weather was not the best and we only go on the city's historic center and go shopping in different shops ;P. 
In the evening, as usual, we expect the appointment to the theater, and after dinner I ran to the bed, I was so tired.
